Suggest Treatment For Raised Circular Scabs On The Skin

Hi. I was weeding and managed to get hit with a very soft vine in my face. About 3 hours later it looked like I had raised circular scabs, but the skin was never broken. The next day the spots that looked like scabs turned black. There is no itching only mild burning.

General Surgeon 's  Response
This is in all probability an allergic reaction to the vine which hit your face. The scabs would heal and fall off in a weeks time or so. To prevent it getting infected, you may apply Neospirin or Mupirocin ointment on the scabs twice a day, till complete resolution.
