Suggest Treatment For Random Swelling In My Feet

Hi I have ramdom sweelings I guess overnight. I wake up with them in the morning and they are gone by the end of the day. This started two weeks ago I think in my feet and that's mostly where the swelling occurs but have had slight swelling in my arms but not other symptoms at all. I work out everyday or every other day and noshortness of breathe or anything. Any suggestion? I am 21 six foot 3 and about 250 pounds and a male. No medicines or anything like that really at all
