Suggest Treatment For Rapid Dilatation During Third Semester Of Pregnancy

im 37 weeks and 4 days i never go past 37 weeks in dialed 3 centimeters and at 50% im hurting constant and meds dont work the baby already weighs 7 pounds they said but my belly measures 33 hes up under my rib and its hard to breath and his head is in my pelvic and is cause alot of pain as if i am pulling my growing muscle is there any thing i can do to dilate more so they can pop my water or it pop on its own? this is my 4th pregnancy and ie never been this small or gone this long
