Suggest Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate And Body Tremors
When I wake up from a nap, or if I get woken up at night, especially earlier in the night, my heart races, and I have trembles or shaking all over. I am a 31 year old female. I am 5 ft 3, 125 pounds. This started after I had my third child, 4 years ago.
Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to anxiety or a metabolic disorder.
Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing some tests:
- A resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound
- Thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- Blood electrolytes
- Complete blood count for anemia.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
It is the nonspecific type of feeling you are having an anxiety could be that cause of it, while awakening just takes care no need to hurry but just take it easy.
Sudden taking the standing position or sitting position from a supine position may cause the orthostatic hypotension and that could be the reason for the abnormal feeling of a heartbeat.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
