Hi,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to meth withdrawal syndrome. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:-
- A resting ECG
- A complete blood count for anemia
- Blood electrolytes for any possible imbalances
- Thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction.

If these tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of your complaints. In such case, consulting with a specialist of the field would be necessary.

Hope I have answered your query.
