Suggest Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate

Hi! My symptoms arent that bad. This only happens like once every 4 months. No pain with it, or hard to breath feelings no rythmn problems with it. It usually happens when I lay down to sleep. It is in my left side of my chest. I get a strong beat like feeling, for 5 to 6 moments, and it stops. I move my position and might get 3 more , and then it stops. No pain during it or after, or before, and lasts for maybe 5 seconds. What is it lol ,,,,,,,,,, ty
