Suggest Treatment For Rapid Pulse, Difficulty In Breathing And Fluctuating Blood Sugar

Rapid pulse. Shaky and difficulty breathing. Weakness and nausea. Diabetic with blood glucose that has been running close to 500 for over a week but glucose is now 160. Heart beat is irregular. Skipping beats then thumping hard pound then back to fast again

Your symptoms point towards any one of the following:
1) Diabetic ketoacidosis that occurs due to very high blood glucose levels
2) Hypoglycemia or very low sugar levels in blood
3) Angina or brief period of heart attack
4) Severe anemia
5) Thyrotoxicosis
6) Any adrenal tumors

You need to undergo the following tests to arrive at a specific diagnosis and to start appropriate treatment:
1) Blood counts and hb%
2) Blood sugar levels
3) Urine ketones
4) ECG
5) 2D echocardiography
