Suggest Treatment For Rash And Eczema On The Hand

I can get really bad eczema on the top of my hands(only place I get it) so I recently started going tanning last month because it seems to help. I do use tanning lotion and I apply it evenly on my entire body. I started noticing discoloration on my inner wrists. Theres no eczema bumps and it does not itch or seem like a rash but I am kind of worried. I have gone tanning in the past also so I don t think my skin is having a reaction or anything but Im not sure.. What do you think this could be?
