Suggest Treatment For Rash Around The Waistline

I have a rash around my waistline (my actual waist, not where my pants waist sits a little lower than my real waist. it is also on my buttocks and on my upper thighs. It looks like small bug bites but my fiance sleeps with me and he has no bumps. The bumps themselves are red, with a tiny white head on them. They don t itch but they re sore to the touch. They come up a few at a time, at night and while I m at work. I ve tried sleeping with clothes on and off, I ve had the house sprayed for pests, and my two dogs are completely flea-free. This is embarrassing! Any idea what it could be and what I can do?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to some hypersensitivity reaction and this can be best managed with second generation antihistamine and drug of choice would be Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, condition may be self limiting and it would be not bad if given some try for this, take care.
