Suggest Treatment For Rash On Ankles After Wearing A Boot
So I sprained my ankle and the doctor gave me a boot to wear I have been wearing it for about 4 days and I have developed a bumpy rash on my ankle where the boot is and it feels kind of like heat rash...I do sweat a lot. Could it be heat rash? Or something else?

it could be contact dermatitis, especially if the rashes only appear after wearing your boot. it is best if you change the shoe or tell your doctor about it. a consult with a dermatologist will also be of help, for proper follow-up and management.
