Suggest Treatment For Rash On Upper Part Of My Body?

A rash appears to be clumpy in sections, location is back region, shoulders, and spreading toward back of arms and front of chest. Don t kno if it could be hives, shingles (although had the shingle shot) experiencing no pain, just itchy. Applied Calamine Lotion. Symptoms for 3 days.

The most probable cause of the rash is urticaria which is a hypersensitivity reaction.It is prudent to avoid sour food and fermented food as these foods aggrevate urticaria. Continue application of calamine lotion. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be started after consulting your dermatologist. Regards
