Suggest Treatment For Rash With Welts

Hello...I have a rash with some welts...I was working in my yard this afternoon, but don t remember getting any insect bites...I took an allergy relief tablet, but skin itchy. I took cool shower with regular soap n water. I have no allergies that I know, have never been allegic to anything. What type of ointments would you suggest to use please?

Hello,
If it is very itchy you can use an over the counter hydrocortisone cream twice a day and that will help with the itching. Keep taking the antihisatmine (allergy relief tablet) as that may also help. Also try to stay cool and keep the skin moist with a good lotion in between hydrocortisone applications.
