Hi, i was diagnosed with shingles on 10 may, given a 7-day course of antivirus, zombie, and my rashes cleared fully by 20 may. However, the skin after the rashes, on my entire right side, down the waist, all through the hip, leg, ankle has developed bruised & stinging sensation. Also, my soles of both feet and heel of right foot is numb, due to which when I place my feet on ground or walk , it feels like I m walking on pebbled ground. Is this acute discomfort with stinging & bruised feeling on skin & sore numb feet is due to damage to nerves caused by shingles virus? Please advise Also, can I take neurobiology injections to strengthen my damaged nerves andrestore sensations in my feet & right heel? If so, please advise the dose & duration till which I can take it Many thanks
