Suggest Treatment For Rashes And Hives On The Back

I have a rash/hives on my back that only shows up when I go for a jog or when being active in any way. it is progressively increasing in size. Starting at the center and now some of the upper back and almost the whole lower. I have no idea whats going on. Any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be allergic reaction and this is nothing to worry because this could be alright with the proper antihistamine you have not mentioned your age and gender else some thing more specific could have been thought, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
