Suggest Treatment For Rashes And Pimples On The Skin
My granddaughter has a rash last night, it does not itch and does not seem to bother her. This morning she woke up with small little pimples and the rash has a extremely dry patch. (like it has dry skin and the dry skin seems like I can peel if off) What do you think it is.

Your symptoms seem to be related to eczema.
I recommend using antihistamines daily such as Levocetirizine.
I also recommend you to use steroid lotion for local application.
