Suggest Treatment For Rashes And Small Welts On The Torso, Tiredness, Reduced Sleep And Chronic Soreness In The Lower Back

I have a rash on my torso and back of small welts. I had a shingle shot last year. I am tired at the middle of the day and am not sleeping a full 8 hours a night. My lower back has been chronically sore for about 6 months and the last 2 days it has moved to my middle back and neck.
