Suggest Treatment For Rashes Around The Eyes

My son has been using his Dads Dovibet cream on a rash around his eyes for a couple of weeks. Ive just looked it up and he shouldnt have put it on his face. The skin has gone noticeably white around his eyes like hes been wearing goggles on a sun bed. Is this the cream that has caused this and will the colour come back in the skin? (My son is 27 and his health history; he was treated with chemo and radio for NHL in 2011, hes 5 years in remission)

oreapetationof question and i have already repplyed so take note of it.consult dermatologist for examination and diagnosis so that proper treatment can be advised.can use sunscreen lotion and avoid expo user to sun.
