Suggest Treatment For Rashes In The Scrotum

I have been taking xerelto for blood thinning for a week and a massive rash down in my scrotum and ball sack area plus the inner thigh should I quit taking the blood thinner? I just got out of the hospitalwith Pnenemoinia and possible aphib but I dont feel like its a heart problem. I have emypasema and was smoking so I would like to quit the thinner. Is it ok?

Hi,

Rashes in scrotum can be treated by tablet cetrizine.
Antifungal medications may also help.
Do USG of scrotum.
