Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Arms And Diarrhea

Diarrhea lasting one day, four trips to the bathroom in total. Rash or hives on appeared yesterday on both arms from the fingers to the armpits. Edges of lips look red and irritated. Rash on arms itches on occasion. Rash is confined to these areas. General feeling of unwell, but no nausea, stomach pain, or headache. No new medications or personal hygiene products.
