The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is eczema. You must apply emolients over the affected area at least two times in a day.Topical mild steroid cream like mometasone can be applied over the affected area. Oral antibiotic tablets like azithromycin might also help if there is secondary infection. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
