Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Penis

I am having a Problem with my penis and the undershaft of it has a rash mark the size of my scrotium and I believe during the day that it runs against it and it s becoming a big problem in my life , I don t know what to do I wash it and put rash cream on it everyday.

The rash which does not subside even after using the prescribed cream, should be examined properly by a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis.
Hence, get examined by a dermatologist.
