Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Arms And Itchy Eyes

Hello, I suddenly got a rash on both arms, my eyes are getting itchy, my throat feels dryer, and my scalp is itchy.. I just had a mini handful of nuts but I ve never had an allergic reaction to nuts. I also just touched a bit of graphite from the pencil I was using to write with. Is this normal, as in do people randomly break out in rashes like this or could I take Benadryl just in case I can help whatever I m experiencing?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be allergic condition and if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Loratadine three times in day it is difficult to know the causative factor if no obvious reasons or reason are there, it can only be assumed or given clinical trial hope this information helps.
