Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Back

i have a burning along my side and across my back on the right side. At first I thought I was getting a rash. After several days no rash has shown up. then I thought I might have pulled a muscle, but it doesn t feel like that. More burning than soreness. It runs in the area of where the band of my bra is. The skin is sore to touch.

It could be an inflammatory pain or sometimes peripheral neuropathy. first rule out diabetes. Please consult a neuro physician.
