Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Face Of A Child

Hi. My 2 month old breastfed son has a rash all over his face (cheeks, forehead and chin)and ears since he was 3 weeks. The rash is itching badly, the baby is very nervous and anxious, especially in the evenings and nights. A week ago the rash appeared on his arms and legs, not so bad as at face, just a few next to elbows and knees . Doctor said it was allergic dermatitis and prescribed: - adsorbent - bifidumbacterinum - pimecrolimus - hypoallergenic diet for me We took 2 weekly courses of enterosgel sorbent and 2 5-day courses of bifidumbacterinum, but no effect. I eliminated all allergenic products, actually, all I eat now since 3 weeks is meat and rise - does not hep. Pimecrolimus (elidel) helps very well, but it only gives temporary relief. I am afraid to apply it often as in our country it is indicated for children elder than 2 Years! Moreover, As I understand it helps to fight symptoms, but does not cure the real problem. We can not keep applying medicines every day for months, just to get a short term relief, right? Is there anything I can do to help my baby? Thank you so much!
