Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For lupus rash on face, you can use Mometasone cream twice daily application along with Sunscreen application. Sunscreen (Sunmate SPF 26 Sunscreen Gelcream) should be applied three times on sunexposed areas of body at 8 AM, 11 AM and 2 PM.

Mometaonse should not be used for more than 2 weeks without Dermatologist's supervision. So, make frequent consultations with your dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
