Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Inner Thighs

I have a skin rash on the upper inner thighs of my legs. It returned about a month after I treated it with OTC hydrocortisone cream. I have an appointment with my GYN in three days. I also have redness of the skin from the vagina to anus and some itchiness inside the folds of the labia. Thank you for any suggestions.

Hi.welcome to healthcare magic.you have jock itch.my opinion is that,
1.dont scratch the lesions.
2.maintain good hygiene around the area.
3.apply clotrimazole ointment twice daily on the area.
4.take levocetrizine tablets twice daily for 7 days if you have itching.
