Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of rashes on the legs which is very common as dirt and moisture get trapped and leads to blockage of sebaceous glands leading to folliculitis. I would suggest you to :

- Keep this area clean and dry.
- Apply a cream containing Azelaic acid.
- Apply warm compresses with a soaked towel and apply vitamin C serum at night.

If the condition doesn't get better then consult a dermatologist for proper examination. The doctor will examine physically along with blood test and may prescribe immunosuppressants, antibiotics like Clindamycin and anti-fungal medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
