These are antihistamine and decongestant/ mucolytic medicines.

Your ulcer is persistent for a year now. I do not see any reason why alternatives should not be tried.

To my own patients I would recommend to use IRIMEDADI oil or Arimedadi oil which is specially designed in Ayurveda for gargling at least for two minutes each time. It solves a score of dental and oral problems including mouth Ulcers.

It will cleanse and heal the wound without side effects.
