Suggest Treatment For Rashes Throughout Body Due To Mite Dust

hi, I think i ve been affected by mite dust and my body are full of rashes. I ve consult a doctor before and he gave me some cream to apply. He recommended me not to stracth those rashes because it might cause those mite dust to travel to the other part of the body. My question is, can i rub some dettol on my body to kill them?

Hello,

Use sarcop cream with benzyl benzoat and permethrin. Apply it on skin and wash it after 12 hours. Also, wash and let dry on sun all sheets and clothes.
