Suggest Treatment For Rattling Cough, Brownish Sputum, Fever, Weakness, And Confusion Leading To A Fainting Spell

I began getting sick about a wk ago; main symptoms are deep rattling cough producing brownish sputum, fever, weakness, mental confusion at beginning, loss of consciousness at beginning. Last two symptoms are gone. Also had horrible taste in my mouth. I am otherwise healthy 66 yr old female.
