Suggest Treatment For Reactive HBsAg Test Result

Hello doc, I have Hbsag reactive for 2 years now that s when I found out,I don t know if I had a vaccine when I was born but I doubt so ,thers no signs and symptoms of the virus and normal liver and everything ,according to what I ve researched I might be in chronic state carrier non infectious,is there a way you can help me?or advice of what I should do to have a nonreActive?

I appreciate your knowledge regarding your health ...

You are right ....If you are suffering from positive HBSag than you are having carrier state in which organism there in blood but no clinical features present .....

Once you are carrier it cannot be eliminated from blood ...

But to prevent complications , you should done regular follow up and few dietary restrictions....
Like low fat diet , regular exercise ,avoid alcohol , use sunflower like good oil etc....

You can investigate with HBEag and HBV DNA titre to decide if virus in active stage for which antiviral therapy needed ....
