General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to several causes. For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with gastroenterologist. He may procure complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen, computed tomography, colonoscopy SOS as per evaluation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. For diarrhea you can take tablet loperamide. Keep your self hydrated. Do blood pressure monitoring.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
