Suggest Treatment For Rectal Prolapse

hi wonder if you can help we have a lady in our home who has started picking her buttom she had a prolaps awhile ago and went to hosptial to have the put back in but she is still pcking her bottom pls can you help she is not constepated she is making her bottom very sore she is also not sitting down problerley either
