Suggest Treatment For Recurrent UTI In Children

My son Aayan (5 year) diagonsed with UTI a month before as he was having fever more than 104 and pain. After urine culture and ultrasound he was diagnosed with Klasibela bactium, Biletral Caliectasis and left smaller kidney. He get fine after taking antibiotics. his again microbilogy analysis WBC comes 8-9. Whatr should be the way forward or what test you recomend to identify the root cause..? In his last 5 years he hasnt complaint for urine difficuity or any pain.. Thanks

Hello,

I see that you have already done the necessary examinations. I suggest starting a cycle of antibiotics based on urine culture. I also suggest giving your child a lot of liquids and especially cranberry juice.
