Suggest Treatment For Recurrent UTI

Hello. I have been suffering from what I thought was a UTI for about 2 years now. When this would happen, I would go to a walk in clinic, they would say there was either minimal or no bacteria in my urine but prescribe me an antibiotic anyways. Last week I went to the gyno and told her and she said I had gardnerella. I was prescribed the gel for 5 days, felt good and after it ended I had intercourse again. Now this morning I am back to the constant burning, weird urine streams, and extreme discomfort. Please help!
