Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Abdominal Cramps

I often have cramps even when im not PMSing and I figure its cysts that will go away on their own. Couple nights ago I woke up to a lot of liquid draining, so much it made my pants wet and a wet spot on the bed, it was like I peed but I didn t. I knew because when I sat up I felt some gushing out and obviously I d be able to control my bladder when I woke up. Everything was clear no real scent. I went to restroom and sitting on the toilet I felt like I was going to black out so I got down on the floor as fast as I could, I blacked out, and came to in a cold sweat and felt nauseated. I am deployed and don t know if I trust the doctors here to be knowledgable on this. I just want someone who can help me understand what might of happened. I don t know if its cysys or starting to ovulate because my period did end last week. Never had this happen before though.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
