General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The reason for these spots can vary from any infectious cause like virus, bacteria or fungus/parasite to allergic cause or some other issue related to blood component.

To find out exact reason behind it, along with medical history a clinical examination of the spots is necessary to rule out any skin disorder.

Also there is need of some blood tests to be done to figure out exact cause for this.

Are the spots itchy? Do they appear after consumption of any specific food? It is suggested to see a dermatologist regarding this, after careful evaluation the doctor will be able to help you with further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
