Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have symptoms of recurrent bumps on lips of a child which is mainly because of lowered immunity of body due to autoimmune causes.
Need not to worry about it. Visit pediatrician once and get oral examination examination done. Get biopsy done by taking sample from lips and get it examined and start treatment accordingly. Avoid pricking it. Use antiviralointments such as rich in acyclovir. Apply petroleum jelly on lips of child. Give child plenty of fluids. Cover skin while exposure to sunlight.
