Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Cough And Congestion While Having Asthma

Hi i am 35 years old weight 14 stone and have asthma, i thought i was getting a chest infection but it very different i cough up yellow stuff in the morning and cough on and off all day but don t bring anything up when i m coughing my heart rate is double it normal rate. Is this normal?

hi thanks for posting on hcm regarding your concern cough with sputum seems to lower respiratory tract infection. sputum culture should be done wth chest xray p/a view. your condition need to be futher evaluated. i will prescribe you clarithromycin 500 mg once daily for five days, syrup hydrillin 2tsp 4 times a day. concern your physician for further managment and take care.
