Hi welcome to health care magic....

When your child become sick, pediatrician should be consulted and get examined your child...

If rhonchi present that suggesting bronchoconstriction and so nebulization with mentioned drug needed...

If needed culture can done to rule out infection if suspected...

According to history here your child mostly having repeated bronchitis or allergic inflammation....

When your child grow old than if needed for allergy inhaler can be given...

Allergic testing can be done whenever needed

So don't try giving self treatment without your child auscultation and examination...

Take care
