Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Cyst On The Lower Back

hello Hi doctor. I have a question about condition which i suffer from it regular basis. On the lower back just above below the sacrum(sacral) I get cyst at regular time, and it gets lots of puss so every 4th or 5th day i feel uncomfortable while at school or homw. I thought earlier it might be due to unhygienic, but it still persist even after my over exemplified clean lines. can you comment on the above issue ?

it can be pivd lumbosacral spine. take MRI and consultneurosurgeon.consult neurosurgeon for clinical examination and advise on treatment and diagnosis.
