Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Episodes Of Syncope

I am Female 41 yo with recurrent vasobagal or syncope episode begin on April 27, 2011 with looss inconcience. On May 25, 2011 i has been hospitalized with TIA diagnosis discharge on May 27 because i recovered in 24 hrs. Actually my d dimmer reflect 4275 and the set rate is over 42 mm/hr. Actually i came my first visit with the neurologyst and order labs:ANA, ANTI DNA and Set Rate all labs is normal except Set Rate still in 42 mm/hr. I continued with syncope episode with looss concience and fatigue posterior at the episode, I recovered and feel well after 24 hrs approximetly. When the episode occure i want to sleep all day.
