General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If the issue is not resolving with epidural injections, a fresh MRI spine and neurosurgeon review may be sought for surgical intervention. Spine surgeon or pain medicine specialist review may be done to start more potent analgesic like Tramadol or Gabapentin for long term usage until surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
