Hi,

Yes, you should take duphaston and metformin. Duphaston is commonly prescribed to prevent and treat irregular menstrual bleeding, threatened or recurrent miscarriages during pregnancy. And metformin is found to be effective in the treatment of infertility associated with PCO.

Continue taking them again as prescribed. Shatavari is a herbal formulation claimed to be useful in the treatment of infertility however its efficacy has not been proved on any clinical studies.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
