Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Nausea And Diarrhea

Why would a person get a stomach viruse at least once a month. I am 49 years old work in the medical field, have had a colon check up. But at least once a month i seem to end up with a stomach virses to were I have to call out of work. I have dirreah throwing up and nausea for about a day then itll go away.

Hi,

Drinking gradually larger amounts of clear liquids.
Avoiding solid food until the vomiting episode has passed.
If vomiting and diarrhea last more than 24 hours, an oral rehydrating solution such as Pedialyte should be used to prevent and treat dehydration.
