Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Pilonidal Cys

hi i get a recurring pilonidal cyst at the cleft of my buttox, the last few days i have felt what seems like the same thing but its on my leg at the front, right beside my genitals .. could this be the same thing just in a different place? i have had pimples down there before an im hoping thats what this is, but its been a few days and nothing has come to a head
