Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Rash Between Mouth And Nose

hiya,ive been using a cream called Movate for a year i believe. in which i found to be a steriof cream. i used this cream to treat a rash i had as the prescribed cream wasnt working. recently started getting a rash again in between my mouth and nose and under my eyes. the cream doesnt seem to be working and my rash is getting worse as i have stopped using it.the rash is beginning to feel itchy and hot. help ?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of rashes around the mouth,nose and under the eyes can be due to a condition known as Perioral Dermatitis and can occur due to a number of causes like use of certain skin cosmetics, fluoridated toothpastes, bacterial or fungal infections etc..
You should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and skin culture test can help in diagnosis..
In case if Perioral dermatitis is confirmed as the diagnosis you will be advised to take antibiotics like Erythromycin, certain topical medications that contains immunosuppresants like Pimercolimus..
In severe cases oral and topical retinoids like Adapelene and Isotretinoin ca be given..
