Hello,

Probably, you are suffering from maxillary sinusitis with fungal ball or mucous accumulation with Bill middle ear infection with posterior cervical lymphadenopathy.

You need to avoid cool water and food that cause accumulation of sputum in the sinus like Banana, Oranges, Milk and Mosambi, et cetera.

Avoid allergens that cause this problem. Use salt water gargling and water vapor inhalation thrice a day. Use tablet Alday-dc twice a day, for five days, you need to take antibiotics. Please consult your ENT specialist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
