Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Sinus Issues While On Paxil

I seem to have major sinus issues all the time, I am taking paxil 10m am 10m pm i habe been on this med for 15 years. when i take certain antibiotics i go into this odd stage, cant function, dissoriented, dizzy , forgetful, i have been hospilized twice for thid with intravenus anti biotics, was told sinus infection near brain, ancepalitis , sorry cant spell. I am afraid to take paxil with azithromycin. Iam lucid at the moment and dont want to mess it up. Dr also subscibed abilify but insurance has not approved, I am 70 and was in fine heatlh until 62. i did have a mastectomy for fiboids 40 years ago, silicone implants were inserted, they burst, and dont kmow when, i had to have them removed 14 years ago, i dont know if this has anything do do with my symtoms ,Thank you for your time Avril fitzsimmon
