Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain sore throat seems to be due to either bacterial or viral throat infection while blisters on tongue can be due to recurring apthous stomatitis and can occur due to a number of reasons like Deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, stress, dry mouth, acid reflux etc.
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis..
For infection in throat a culture and sensitivity testing will be done to rule out the exact infectious organism causing infection..
Antibiotics and other medication will be given accordingly..
For apthous ulcers start taking a multivitamin tablet daily..
Do warm saline gargles..
Gargle with 1:1 solution benadryl and milk of magnesia..

Hope this information helps.

Thanks and regards.
